Great suggestion. I've doing this for years. I prefer San Pellegrino with Torani syrups. Raspberry and Cherry are outstanding. I'm going to try Mint.
Update: Tried the creme de menthe with San Pellegrino. Tasted like Scope over ice. I'm sticking to Raspberry.
Ha! Maybe you might want to back off on the mint!
