Celebrate Louisiana's Confederate Heritage!


On Saturday, October 12, 2013, the Jefferson Parish Historical Commission and the Jefferson Historical Society of Louisiana are sponsoring the

7th Annual Camp Parapet Day

The event is free and open to the public.  There will be tours of the structure and grounds from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.  There will also be Confederate re-enactors of the 10th Louisiana Militia and the Louisiane Vintage Dancers!
