"Nothing is sacred..."


Here is another cultural snapshot that demonstrates that the Christian Church has largely lost its faith, putting its trust in marketing and business savvy over and against trusting the Holy Spirit working through the humble means chosen by God for the propagation of the Kingdom.

The above quote from the article ("Nothing is sacred") from former GE CEO Jack Welch (whose "business philosophy to ruthlessly question the premise of every company product") sums it up quite well.

Unfortunately, a lot of suits in our synod (not to mention modern-day church culture gurus from all over the American church scene) agree with Welch.
